Challenge
Traditional phone trees frustrate callers, and staffing 24/7 human receptionists is cost-prohibitive for small businesses. The platform needed ultra-low-latency conversational voice agents, real-time data synchronization, secure multi-tenant authentication, and a unified API gateway to connect with no-code automation tools like Zapier and Make.
